The Adventures of Willow series is a children's series book rooted in behavior analysis aimed to encourage reading and incorporate Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) skills. “The Adventures of Willow Finding Furr-Ever is a beautifully written story with warm illustrations about an anxious foster puppy bravely finding their forever home. There are wonderful examples of coping and defusion strategies for the individual, as well as caregivers and practitioners. It also has helpful examples of clear communication and honoring assent-withdrawal with young learners and pets. Adventures of Willow had me in tears by the end. It is an excellent story for children and adults!"
